Job Description

Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our care facility located in West Sussex. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for residents and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
– Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents
– Supervise and support care staff, providing training and development
– Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and CQC standards
– Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
– Handle budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
– Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– In-depth knowledge of care home regulations and standards
– Financial acumen and experience with budget management
– Compassionate and patient-focused approach
– Relevant healthcare qualifications and certifications
