We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our clients nursing home in Oxfordshire, focusing on elderly care within a nursing home environment. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care, and compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver excellent care for elderly residents
– Ensure compliance with CQC standards and implement best practices in elderly nursing care
– Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual residents’ needs
– Mentor and support nursing staff, promoting professional development
– Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

– Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
