The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the clinical services team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery
• Address patient concerns and feedback, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the clinical services department
