Director of Sales and Marketing

Location: London

Salary: £80,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join a luxury elderly care provider in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

You will be working closely with all the sites and their General Managers within the organisation and have excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally you will have a background within elderly care, gained in a high-end environment.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

– Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients

– Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels

– Manage sales team and provide leadership to achieve sales targets

– Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

– Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts

– Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities to senior management

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or similar role

– Strong leadership and team management skills

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– Analytical and strategic thinking

– Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and trends

– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
