Job Description

Keystone Care has partnered with a reputable Nursing and Residential provider who is looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to assist a luxury residential care home in London. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care, hospitality, catering, and support for residents, while managing staff and resources efficiently. They will also have previous experience managing a luxury Nursing or Residential care home.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Managed and develop high quality services for all our residents, alongside developing and guiding the staff team
  • Instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service
  • Working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care
  • Ensure the promotion of high standards of care and follow diligently CQC guidelines
  • Ensure staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner

Skills and Experience: 

  • Experienced in a managing a high-end Nursing or Residential Dementia care home
  • Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
