Keystone Care is seeking a highly skilled General Manager with commissioning experience to open and manage a new Residential care home. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, management, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities:

– Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational goals
– Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity
– Managing budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
– Leading and mentoring a diverse team of employees
– Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
– Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
– Driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes and services

Required Skills:

– 3 years managing a Residential care home 
– Strategic planning and execution
– Financial acumen and budget management
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Experience with performance metrics and analysis
– Proficiency in relevant software and technology
