Job Title: Home Manager
Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable residential care home in West Yorkshire. The postholder will ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while managing staff and resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff to achieve outstanding care delivery
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and care coordination
- Oversee budget management, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and satisfaction of residents and staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experienced in a managing a Nursing/Residential Dementia care home
- Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staffs
- Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
