We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Clinical Lead to join one of our clients nursing homes in South London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with active nursing registration, and extensive experience in quality and compliance within healthcare settings, ideally in nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
– Lead and manage the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
– Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
– Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain clinical excellence.
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service user outcomes.
– Address any issues related to clinical practice and patient safety.

Qualifications:

– Registered Nurse – RGN (active nursing PIN).
– Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
– Strong knowledge of quality and compliance standards in healthcare.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
