Job Description:
Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small size Residential Care Home in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and effective management of staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise care staff, ensuring high standards of care and support for residents
– Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation
– Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents
– Manage budgets and financial performance of the facility
– Foster a positive and supportive working environment for staff
– Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate care
Key Skills and Experience:
-Experience managing a Nursing or Residential Care home
-Proven experience in residential home management and elderly care
-In-depth knowledge of care home management and CQC compliance
-Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
