Job Description

Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a small-mid size residential care home in Nottinghamshire on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Ensure the facility meets all health and safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Liaise with families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Manager with relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
