Keystone Care is currently looking for an experienced Residential Home Manager to join a reputable and small Residential Care Home in Gloucestershire. The right candidate will have experience managing Residential care homes and have an exceptional track record of providing care for elderly residents. You will be joining a fantastic company with a strong supportive team in place.

Location: Gloucestershire
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 
Days: Monday – Friday 
Salary: £40, 000 per annum

                                                                
Duties and responsibilities: 

• Managed and develop high quality services for all our residents, alongside developing and guiding the staff team
• Instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service
• Working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care
• Ensure the promotion of high standards of care and follow diligently CQC guidelines
• Ensure staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner

Skills and experience:

• Experience managing a Nursing or Residential Care home
• Proven experience in residential home management and elderly care
• In-depth knowledge of care home management and CQC compliance
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
