We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our clients small residential homes in Hertfodshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential home management and elderly care, with a comprehensive understanding of care home management and CQC compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all residents.
- Manage and supervise all care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the home operates within financial parameters.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents’ care plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate and improve care services.
- Handle complaints and incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential home management and elderly care.
